Delivery Policy

Free Delivery: Free delivery to Malta will take place from Monday to Friday. - We deliver orders above €50 to anywhere in Malta within 3-5 working days for FREE.

Standard Delivery: We deliver orders below €50 to anywhere in Malta within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday. A charge applies according to the weight of the order. For orders weighing between 1-10kg, a €6 delivery fee applies. For orders weighing between 11-30kg, a €10 delivery fee applies.

Standard Delivery to Gozo: We deliver to Gozo within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday. A €10 charge applies.

All deliveries must be signed for.
Right to Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from an online sale agreement within 15 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period will expire 15 days after you receive the purchased product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired. To do so, you must inform us of your decision in writing by email to info@lumico.tech

In the event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from an online sale, Lumico will reimburse any payment received from you, excluding the cost of delivery, within 15 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The purchased product must be returned to Lumico at your cost within 15 days of exercising your right of withdrawal to obtain a refund unless Lumico directs you otherwise. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and with all the original contents. If you damage the product or it’s packaging, you will be charged for the damages.
Warranty Terms and Conditions

A warranty will be provided with every cash sale that contains a warranty item.

Lumico guarantees that the products sold are free from defects, unless stated or agreed on the sale.

Unless stated otherwise on the warranty card, the warranty period covers two (2) years from the date of purchase as documented by a valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or invoice). These should be shown when requiring service under warranty. Not showing the mentioned documents may delay or void the warranty.

The product/s must be returned to Lumico.

Products' original packaging must also be kept in the best condition possible for the duration of the warranty.

Lumico accepts returns of unwanted products within 15 days, but reserves the right to refuse or charge a re-stocking fee should the full packaging be missing, damaged or non-resealable.

A minimum fee is incurred if:

The product is found to be working as it should.

The product is found to be out of warranty.

The defect is listed in the exclusions above.

The client refuses to proceed with out-of-warranty repairs.
​The warranty does not cover:

Defective products where the defect is due to any malfunction, fire, overheating, flood, accident, negligence, misuse, improper handling/operation, acts of God and damages caused by over/under voltages, lightning and liquids.

Products that have been damaged due to unprofessional installation, repair, alteration or modification.

Consumables or parts requiring replacement due to wear and tear (e.g. ink, optical storage, keyboards, mice, touchpads, batteries, fuses, light bulbs, projector bulbs, charging ports etc).

Products with serial number label defaced, modified or removed.

Value/standard power supplies.
Dead Pixel Policy

For displays and digital cameras.
-
The display/product will be replaced when reaching or exceeding the stated number of dead pixels.
All products carry the 2-year EU legal warranty where applicable and according to its terms and conditions.
